Hey there, am I glad I found this website! Reminds me of "it's all in the hips," something I tell my clients often! I wonder, Bret, what you think of single legged kettlebell swings, cleans, presses and snatches of developing dynamic stability in through the hip as well as correcting dominant-side strength imbalances.
