Ham
and Brie Sandwich (2 SERVINGS)
Ingredients:
- 6
slices black forest ham
- 1/2
(8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese, sliced
- 1
tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4
slices of whole grain bread
- 1
cup of spinach leaves.
Cooking
Directions:

Assemble
the sandwiches by layering the ham, brie cheese, mustard and
spinach equal amounts on two pieces of bread, topping with the
remaining two slices of bread.
Important:
Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and place it in the frigge inside
a plastic container. Next day, take it to work or picnic.
