(SIMPLE
CEREAL)
Ingredients:
- Oats
- 1 cup (250 ml)
- Wheat
Bran - 1 cup (250 ml)
- Almonds
- 1/2 cup (60 ml)
- Sunflower
seeds - 1 cup (250 ml)
- Flax
seeds - 1 cup (250 ml)
Directions:

Slightly
blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Best if kept refrigerated.

This cereal can be used to enhance the nutrient value of your
salad dressings, soups, stews or any juice or shake.
Suggestion:
Any
of the following combinations will make a great snack or meal
replacement:
- Yoghurt,
prunes and Simple Cereal
- Yoghurt
nuts and Simple Cereal
- Yoghurt
raisins and Simple Cereal
- Yogurt,
Simple Cereal and natural maple syrup
- Yogurt,
nuts and natural maple syrup
- Rice
or cow milk, Simple Cereal and natural maple syrup
