SIMPLE
CHICKEN SOUP (6 SERVINGS)
This
is the easiest, tastiest and most nutritious chicken soup.
Ingredients:
- Chicken
breasts (2, preferably with bones)
- Diced
potatoes (2, large)
- Diced
celery stalks (3, large)
- Diced
carrots (4, large)
- Cumin
(1/2 tsp)
- Chicken
stock powder (1 tbsp)
- Vegetable
stock powder (1 tbsp)
- Sea
Salt (1 tbsp)
- Water
(5 cups)
- Oregano
(1/2 tsp)
- Pepper
(to your taste)
- Olive
oil (2 tbsp)
- Crushed
Garlic (1 tbsp)
Directions:
- Boil
the whole chicken breasts for 15 minutes.
- Turn
heat to low and add the rest of ingredients.
- Let
simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove
chicken and cut in small pieces (discard chicken bones).
- Add
chicken back to mixture, stir and serve.
