STEP TWO - Practice Core Training

FACT:The older you get, the more reluctant belly fat becomes. Belly fat occurs when you take in more fat and calories than your liver can process. As a result, belly fat build up in the liver cells, making the liver and other organs toxic.

We get busy. In some cases, we’re overburdened with responsibilities. Our health gets pushed to the bottom of the ‘to-do’ list. Don't Despair, less is more when if comes to exercising your core muscles. You can get tremendous fitness improvement by losing 10 pounds of belly fat and adding 5 pounds of core muscles. There is no way around it: To gain muscle and lose belly fat, you have to exercise your core muscles everyday.

STEP FOUR - Learn From The Experts

For the first two weeks, you only need 5 minutes of Core Training twice a day:

Use the wall for support - When you begin to use the Power Disk, go slowly and use the support of a wall or doorframe as described in your instructional manuals. The support will help condition your body for the balance and coordination needed to eventually train on the Power Disk without support.

Use the doorframe for support- If you are using a doorframe for support, place your hands at approximately chest level on the side doorframes as described in your instructional manuals videos.

Rotate you hips without twisting - Keeping your upper body straight and facing forward, your knees slightly bent, and your feet about an inch apart, centred and facing forward on the disk, slowly rotate your hips back and forth, from the centre to the right and then from the centre to the left. ozByGi4KNng
