the first two weeks, you only need 5 minutes of Core Training
twice a day:
Use
the wall for support - When you begin to use the Power
Disk, go slowly and use the support of a wall or doorframe
as described in your instructional manuals. The support will
help condition your body for the balance and coordination
needed to eventually train on the Power Disk without support.
Use
the doorframe for support- If you are using a doorframe
for support, place your hands at approximately chest level
on the side doorframes as described in your instructional
manuals videos.
Rotate
you hips without twisting - Keeping your upper body straight
and facing forward, your knees slightly bent, and your feet
about an inch apart, centred and facing forward on the disk,
slowly rotate your hips back and forth, from the centre to
