substances in the form of bowel movement. Bad breath, body odor,
fatigue, insomnia and abdominal gas all occur when your colon is
toxic and due in for maintenance.
If
your gut is toxic, you body needs a lot of energy to digest your
meal, leaving you fatigued and stressed. Poor diet, alcohol, coffee,
high levels of stress, and unhealthy lifestyle could cause damage
