Our hands are the most magnificent tools of amazing strength and dexterity. They are superbly designed to create whatever we conceive and believe. If we work intensively with our hands, whether is playing musical instruments, working as a carpenter, engineer, artist, cook, health practitioner, or even exercising in a gym, we are surely aware that our hands are the most important tools. And it's essential to keep these formidable tools in good condition.
Unfortunately, our hands are the part of the body most often injured and damaged. These conditions include fractures, arthritis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, infections and premature aging. Most of these conditions are preventable with daily hydration, exercises and hand conditioning practices - as shown in the video below.
