Despite we know of the harmful outcomes of eating junk food, most people continue to do so. This is the nature of addiction.
Food addiction is similarly to other addictions - most people cant control themselves around certain foods no matter how hard they try. In most cases of food addiction, avoiding junk foods may seem impossible for the following 3 reasons:
Refined flours are one of America and Europe's
favorite foods. They are refined to make it more
edible by humans. Unfortunately, this process strips
the grains of their bran and fiber - the parts where
we find most of the nutrients and vitamins.
Foods to avoid: white bread, white flour, white
pasta, white rice and pastries.

Note: Studies have shown that a diet high in refined grains is linked to bone loss and weak immune system, making the body more vulnerable to disease and injuries.
Cheese is made from milk that has not always been pasteurized, it may contain unhealthy bacteria and puss from a cow's bladder infection. Full of saturated fat, cheese instigates weight gain and increases the amount of sodium we eat drastically.

Food manufactures add sugar in most fast foods
and drinks. Sugar takes the place of important nutrient
and contribute to a greater risk of obesity, heart
disease, and diabetes. limiting the amount of white
sugar in our diet is one of the simplest ways to
prevent weight gain.
