The
impact on my golf game...
To
play sports pain free, you must exercise your core muscles
regularly. Your core consists of many different muscles
that stabilize the spine, pelvis, and run the entire
length of the torso. My favorite core training program
is Mastermoves. Why? Because the exercise routines are
designed to exercise all of these muscle groups in just
15 minutes per day. They are fun and you can do them

When
I first completed 100 days of training with Master Moves,

Before

my back would also cause a headache and I'd have to

After

had to take pain killers shortly after the turn. And

was 15 and could play 36 holes and still have energy

addition, my overall game has improved, as my drives
