CHICKEN
CABBAGE STIR FRY (4 SERVINGS) This
recipe is rich in carbohydrates, fibers, proteins....everything that the body
needs. The vegetables are cook lightly at the very end. So nutrients are well
preserved. Ingredients:
- Chicken
breast (1, cut in small pieces)
- Cabbage
(1 medium, well chopped)
- Celery
(2 sticks, well chopped)
- Garlic
(2 cloves, grated)
- Rice
(1 cup, already cooked)
- Canola
oil (6 tbspn)
- Soya
(6 tbspn)
- Chicken
bouillon (1 cube diluted in 1/2 glass of water)
Directions:
- Add 2 tbspns.
of oil to a frying pan and heat it at high temperature.
- Add
the chicken and stir-fry for 2 min.
- Add
2 tbspns. of soya sauce and stir fry for 1 min.
- Put
the chicken aside and keep it warm.
- Add
2 tbspns. of oil to the frying pan and fry the garlic.
- Add
the cabbage and celery and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add
2 tbspns. of soya sauce, stir fry for a minute and put the mix aside with the
chicken.
- Add
2 tbspns. of oil and stir fry the rice for 1 min.
- Add
2 tbspns. of soya sauce and stir fry for 1 min.
- At
medium temp., add chicken bouillon and all the ingredients together and stir fry
and cover the pan for 1 minute (low temp.)
