This
recipe follows the "KISS" principle: Keep It Simple and Satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 1
Avocado
- Canned
Tuna (200g)
- Finely
chopped celery (2 sticks)
- Juice
from a fresh lemon (1 tbsp)
- Mayonnaise
(1 tbsp)
- Mustard
( 1/2 tsp)
- Yoghurt
(2 tbsp)
- Salt
(to taste)
- Pepper
(to taste)
Directions:
- Put
the avocado, tuna and lemon juice in a medium bowl and, using a fork, press upon
the ingredients until well-mixed.
- Add
the rest of ingredients and using a fork, mix well.
Note:
Serve with rice and fresh lettuce or spinach on the side.
