THE SIMPLE MEAL (2 SERVINGS)

This recipe follows the "KISS" principle: Keep It Simple and Satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • Canned Tuna (200g)
  • Finely chopped celery (2 sticks)
  • Juice from a fresh lemon (1 tbsp)
  • Mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
  • Mustard ( 1/2 tsp)
  • Yoghurt (2 tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  • Put the avocado, tuna and lemon juice in a medium bowl and, using a fork, press upon the ingredients until well-mixed.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and using a fork, mix well.

Note: Serve with rice and fresh lettuce or spinach on the side.
