TUNA
& FETA CHEESE SALAD (2 SERVINGS) This
is an easy, delicious and light meal. Ingredients: - Tuna
(1 can)
- Fresh
Feta cheese (50 grams)
- Fresh
spinach (20 leaves)
- Finely
chopped apple (1)
- Plain
yoghurt (2 tbsp)
- Salt
(1/2 tsp)
- Mayonnaise
(1 tbsp)
- Oregano
(1/2 tsp)
Directions:
- Mix
yoghurt, mayonnaise, oregano and salt
together in a small cup. - Chop
spinach in 1 inch pieces and, using a large bowl, mix it with the tuna, apple
and cheese (chopped in small cubes).
- Add
dressing to the salad and mix well.
Note:
Serve with rice or boiled potatoes on the side. Indulge
in healthy food!
