SIMPLE
CEREAL
INGREDIENTS:
- Oats
- 1 cup (250 ml)
- Wheat
Bran - 1 cup (250 ml)
- Almonds
- ¼ cup (60 ml)
- Sunflower
seeds - 1 cup (250 ml)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend
all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Best
if kept refrigerated.
Note:
The Simple Cereal can be used to enhance the nutrient value of your
salad dressings, soups, stews or any juice or shake.
