THE PURPOSE OF THE CORE CHALLENGE - By taking The Core Challenge, you are part of a clear purpose - intended to heighten individual fitness and to reduce the pollution of our planet. It is your day-to-day living that primarily determines your fitness, and it is your habits and practices that create your predisposition to reduce pollution and global warming.

There is no magic potion or new product that will ever replace the power of your daily decisions, actions and habits to engender health and fitness. You alone have the incredible power to improve your health and fitness and, in the process, to reduce disease, pollution and global warming - choosing locally produced food reduces the need to move and transport large amounts of unneeded food around the world and so reduces pollution and risk of disease transmission.

Everything we eat has repercussions on our environment; therefore, planning our meals and daily activities food will reduce waste, save our selves time and money, and protect our environment at the same time. Disease, sickness and obesity are not acceptable form of existence and in most cases they are all very preventable by adopting a fitness plan designed to reduce visceral fat around our organs.

THE ACTION PLAN - An action plan is a sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well to achieve specific goals. With every action you take, you build momentum to take the next step of your action plan. With the action plan explained in My Success Log (next section), you will be empowered to achieve your goals consistently day by day.

My Success Log is an action plan designed to help you adopt best practices for increasing lean muscles mass and reducing belly fat. Also, this action plan will help you to maintain healthy bones, and joins, reduce the risk of accidents, improve well-being, and enhance your productivity, recreation and sport performance.

Decide on your goal for The Core Challenge, and commit to be consistently consistent following My Success Log. Set your goal for The Core Challenge that are truly worthy of your potential. If you ask a lot from life, you will receive a lot. If you ask a little, that is what you will get. The following steps will help you to achieve your goals for the next 100 days:

1. Plan your life with purpose
When you want to attract your dreams into your present day life you can only do it if you have a clear purpose in your life. Your life purpose gives you meaning in everything you do. It helps you do what matters to you and makes your life fulfilling. Take the time to find your purpose in life. You should know what your final destination is, but you should also have milestones along the way. These milestones are your personal goals that help you stay on track. They help you know whether or not you are on the right path to reach your destination. You create clear milestones by breaking your long-term goals into short-term goal.

  • What goals do you want to achieve today?

  • What goals do you want to achieve this week?

  • What goals do you want to achieve this month?

  • What goals do you want to achieve this year?
2. Clarify your goal.
The world always makes room for the person whose words and actions show that they know where they're going. A goal gives you a place to start. If you don't know where you're going, how can you expect to get there? You need to linked your thoughts to a clear goal to feel empower and act with purpose during The Core Challenge. Only you can determine what you want out of life for the next 100 days.

The first essential step for your success with The Core Challenge is to know what you want. To make this step, you can use the manual My Success Log to define your goal and resolution for The Core Challenge. You need to have a clear goal before starting this program. Determine your primary goal first by writing down the answers to the following questions:

  • Do you have clear vision of your expected outcome with The Core Challenge?

  • How can you see if you have reached your goal with The Core Challenge?

  • How can your measure your goal for The Core Challenge?

  • What limitation you have to achieve your goal for The Core Challenge?
    (Make a list of the limitations you have about time, money, or other reasons).

Once your know the answers to these questions, trust your intuition and take consistent action towards the achievement of your goal; there is a process of gestation so it might take some time to turn your goal into reality and remove the limitation that hinders your full potential.

3. Write Down Your Goal And Concentrate On It
By focusing your efforts on a single goal, you'll always achieve the greatest results. If you concentrate your efforts on a major goal, your efficiency will soar, your projects will be completed, and you'll be going somewhere. Look at the things that you dream about or think about when you are all alone and write down the answers to the following questions:
  • Why you want what you want.

  • What will it get you?

  • What feelings will you have when you reach your goal?

  • What kind of life or career do you imagine yourself having?

These are the questions that can unlock the answers for which you are searching. These are the questions that will keep you moving forward and help you manage your daily activities with high efficiency. Put a great purpose behind your goal and you will attract it quickly into your life.

For the next 100 days, focus totally on your daily activities and command yourself to do exactly what is explained in My Success Log. If you focus the full power of your mind and body on achieving your goal for The Core Challenge, you'll attain success.

4. Break Your Goal into Small Steps
How can you manifest your goal if you can't see what are the steps you need to take? Break your goal into small steps. Write them down. Don't judge your goal or wonder "how?" Just concentrate on defining the step for reaching your goal. The first law of success is concentration. Focus all your energies on making one step, and go directly to that goal, looking neither to the right nor the left. All accomplishments in life happen when you take the first step. It doesn't have to be a large one. It just has to get you moving. Small steps will get you to your dreams. Until, one day, you realize that you are there. These steps must be something that you crave and want with all of your heart and soul.

To break your goal into small steps, follow this process:

  • Write down all actions you may need to take to achieve your goal.
  • Focus on generating and writing as many different options and ideas as possible.
  • Take a sheet of paper and write more and more ideas, just as they come to your mind.
  • While you are doing this, try not to judge or analyze.
5. Organize your list into a plan

What's keeping you from manifesting your goals? Not enough money or time? Too many responsibilities? Look for ways to overcome this. Life is made up of a series of experiences. Each one will make you stronger, even though it may be hard for you to realize it at the time. Decide on the order of your action steps. Start from looking at your marked key actions. For each action, what other steps should be completed before that action? Rearrange your actions and ideas into a sequence of ordered action steps. Finally, look at your plan once again. Are there any ways to simplify it even more?

An action plan is essential for people who want to manage their time in an effective way. It does this by helping you to:
  • Remember tasks that have to be done
  • Organize tasks based on their priority
  • Estimate and allocate time for each task
  • Work towards your established goals.
6. Find People Who Will Support You
You're not an isolated island. You're a piece of the planet, a piece of the universe. You do not exist for yourself. Help someone's boat across a river and you'll find your own boat has reached the shore too. The only hurdle between you and what you want to be is the support of others. Your success with The Core Challenge is greatly determined by the support from people that want your success. They should be people who love you and will cheer you on as you move toward your goals. Tell them how much you love and appreciate them. You do not want to live your dreams by yourself.

Personal relationships are the fertile soil from which all advancement, all success and all achievement in real life grows. To gain the support from others, always think in terms of what the other person wants. Put yourself in another's place, and you'll know why they think and do certain things. You can succeed fastest by helping others to succeed and gaining their support. You'll get everything in life that you want if you'll help enough other people get what they want. Doing things for others always pays dividends.

7. Act With Faith and Integrity
To be able to attract the people, things or events you want, you need to have a large amount of faith and integrity to generate the power that is required to manifest the reality you want in your life. Attraction works better when you have strong feelings for attracting what you want. You need to develop an honest belief that you have the intention and energy capable of altering your life experience. You have the power to reach your goals and you will be able to accomplish anything and do anything, but you have to act with faith and integrity.

Have faith that you deserve it! The fun part of acting on your faith is the journey. It's the action that builds character and successful people recognize that one of the key criteria that enabled their achievements is their ability to act with faith and integrity.

8. Track Your Daily Activities
Practice your core exercises twice a day and commit to track your daily activities and successes using My Success Log. Consistent commitment is the magic key that opens the door to accomplishment. With practice you will come to a point of competence. You will find yourself accomplishing your daily activities gracefully and confidently. Then, you will achieve goals beyond your wildest dreams and you will discover the power within you!

One of the greatest surprises you'll experience, is when you discover that by recording your daily activities you can achieve your goals with great efficiency and joy. By planing your daily activities, your obstacles will melt away and you will walk boldly through them. By tracking your daily activities you will be able to stop and review what got you to where you are now; you can analyze the daily success and do more of what you do well. It also gives you the time to explore what you could do differently, in the future. Planing and tracking your daily activities will allow, step by step, to change from being great to becoming exceptional.

9. Be Patient and Trust Your Intuition
All great achievers, whether they are athletes, entrepreneurs, artists, scientist, or writers, trust and use their intuition. Trust your intuition with faith and expectation. These vibrations of energy will attract the correct solutions and answers. These vibrations work in the same way as a magnet attracts a metal object. Every day, you have the chance to trust your intuition and give it time to attract the events and circumstances needed to manifest the results that you desire. A bottle fills drop by drop.

The ability to manage problems, make astute decisions, and come up with correct solutions is one of the primary secrets of success. With patience and soothing encouragement, your intuition will be your partner in success. Not many people have the patience to wait for the right opportunity. Many people decide to take matters into their own hands instead of being patient and waiting for right time and place. There is no sudden leap to greatness. Your success lies in doing, day by day, your very best. Your upward reach comes from working well and carefully day by day. Good work done little by little becomes great work.

10. Celebrate Your Success
Everyone likes to have their accomplishments recognized. People tend to increase their motivation when their accomplishments are recognized. What better way can you recognize someone accomplishments then by celebrating their successes. Successful people recognize one of the key criteria to achieve success is their ability to celebrate success. By celebrating your daily successes, you can analyze the results and plan how to do more of what you do well. It also gives you the time to explore what you could improve in the future by adopting Best Practices.

Celebrating your successes is a great way to focus on what you want. Remember to celebrate the little successes as well as the big. Most of us over look how much we accomplish on a daily basis. The fun part of living your dreams is enjoying your daily journey. It is the journey that builds character and the experience that you will remember the most. As you will discover, the next 100 days will be a wonderful journey to build upon each day in a straight line, aiming towards your goal for The Core Challenge - every day GREATER than the last.
