Tracking
your progress is the last step towards creating your NEW BODY.
Tracking your progress is a step that most people omit in their
work plans and that's a critical error. Tracking and reviewing
your fitness progress is just as important as planning it.
Tracking
your daily progress ensures that every activity is done based
on priorities. Tracking your daily progress helps you realize
what's really happening with your work and how closely your
activities are keeping to the planned schedule. Plans and good
intentions are useless unless they are followed up by effective
action.
In
the process of tracking your activities, you should also measure
your results. Measuring your results means determining your
performance based on your goals. In tracking and measuring,
you need to ask yourself lots of questions:

· What did you learn?
· What needs to be improved?
