Core Qualities
Success is all about growing your personal qualities.

Personal qualities are developed as a result of either experience, study or training. Certain qualities are regarded as CORE Qualities due to the broad range of benefits that they offer a person who practices them. They are based on practices from various spiritual, philosophical and training traditions.

CORE Qualities are cultivable, the become our strength, something we are good at, or for which we are often praised by others. CORE Qualities can vary based on our education or experience - rare is the person whose CORE Qualities are in balance. We tend to work at our strengths, the qualities and skill we alredy have, and avoid dealing with our weaknesses.

The goal of The Core Challenge is to help you balance your Core Qualities and consciously focus on developing weaker personal qualities that will allow you to think and act with perfect equipoise and timing. Being aware of our Core Qualities will help you develop a more flexible approach to your life.
