The Power to Change
You have the Power to Change your life anytime!

Sometimes, we doubt ourselves and just don't believe that we have the strength or skills required to make the necessary changes. For too long, we are stuck in the same place, living with the same people, working in the same job, doing the same habits day in and day out. So why do we not take hold of our power to change and create the life we dream of?

So many times, if we hate our job or our relationship or our location, we will still stay, even though it weighs us down both mentally and physically. What if by changing our perspective on situations that upset, challenge, or frighten us, we could be happier, more confident, and less stressed?

Every day in both our professional and personal lives, based on our habitual thoughts and actions, we face challenges, decisions, and situations that cause our stress levels to escalate. The ability to step back and take a different view or change our habits is The Power to Change.

No matter how deeply our habits are embedded in us, we have the power to change them. Change begins with understanding how habits work. What is a habit? How is it formed? What motivates us to stick with unhealthy behaviors? By finding answers to these questions and seeking alternative perspectives and progressive changes, we take control and enlist The Power to Change.

When we change our perspective, we change our mind-and our actions and behaviors change in small steps and battles. Based on your assessment of The Core Disciplines you decide when it's the moment for the small steps and when is okay to force yourself and switch to a different level. Start with small things, notice your bad habits: Do you get up too late? Do you waste time watching TV? Do you eat junk food? Be critic with yourself and decide what habits you need to brake.

The Core Disciplines, as explained in Section 1, are the following:

Wisdom


You cannot change all of your life and all of a sudden. You won't make real changes without approaching your whole life progressively with honesty, patience, courage, and sacrifice. The Core Challenge will help you gain the knowledge and tools to proceed consistently with steps and changes within your reach. Day by day, step by step.
